Born in 1981, Katerina obtained a bachelor's degree with honors in Finance and Credit, acquiring economic and management skills that she then applied in the real estate world. Her knowledge of the territory comes from an initial experience in tourism, thanks to the collaboration with the tour operator *Southitalytravel*, which led her to undertake a real estate career in 2007.


After years of experience as an employee, Katerina founded her agency, *Casa Mediterranea* in 2015, realizing her dream of having her own business. Always attentive to professional development, she completed the qualification course as a real estate agent and attended the *SDA Bocconi School of Management*, specializing with two courses in *Real Estate Marketing* and *Digital Real Estate*, thus expanding her skills in the digital and marketing fields.
